Syed Hashim Raza

I set foot in the market with expertise in business development, construction, real estate & marketing. Through strategic foresight, drive, and determination, built a strong foundation for my now successfully running company. In 2019, I started SHR Marketing 360 to fill what I saw as a void in the Marketing Industry. Today SHR Marketing 360 has grown from a one-man startup to a huge team based in Islamabad which is bridging the gap in the industry. Over a very short period of time, I was not only able to diversify my brands product line to include not only a Real Estate firm, but also launch my own projects Hash Residency and The Hash Mall to provide quality living and an amazing shopping experience to the people. As a leader and self-sufficient innovator, I am a savvy negotiator known for strong business development and relationship building skills. My innate ability to build high-performance teams, including his strategically-selected executive management staff, has served as a growth catalyst and infused productive energy into the workplace.
