Syed Murad Ali Shah approved several measures aimed at strengthening social safety nets, improving maternal and child welfare, and supporting low-income women. These include an Early Childhood Development program targeting around 885,000 children, seasonal assistance for women farm workers, and upgrades to the Mamta program expected to benefit more than one million people.

Officials say a new payment system will help ensure timely financial support while expanding assistance for mothers and young children.
