Narrated Abdullah bin Amr Radi Allahu Anhu : Abu Bakr Siddiq Radi Allahu Anhu said to the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam , "Teach me an invocation with which I may invoke (Allah) in my prayer. The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said, say:
*اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي ظُلْمًا كَثِيرًا، وَلاَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ،*
*فَاغْفِرْ لِي مَغْفِرَةً مِنْ عِنْدِكَ، وَارْحَمْنِي، إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ*
*Allahumma inni zalamtu nafsi zulman kathiran wala yaghfiruz-Zunuba illa anta, Faghfirli maghfiratan min indika war-hamni, innaka Antal Gafur-Rahim.*
*O Allah, I have wronged myself great injustice. And does not forgive sin except You . so forgive me for forgiveness from you, and mercy on me, No doubt You are very Forgiving and Merciful.*

*Hadith: Gunah se tauba karna nedamat aur Astagfar hain*

Rasool-Allah Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam ne farmaya agar tum ne koi gunah kiya hai to Allah Subhanahu taala se Maafi mango aur is se tauba karo, kuyna ke gunah se tauba nadamat aur Astaghfar hai

*أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّه*

*Astagfirullah*

*Main ALLAH se apne gunaho ki maafi maangta hu*

*میں الله سے اپنے گناہوں کی معافی مانگتا ہوں*

*I seek the forgiveness of Allah the Almighty*

عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے كہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اگر تم نے كوئی گناہ كیا ہے تو اللہ تعالیٰ سے معافی مانگو اور اس سے توبہ كرو، كیونكہ گناہ سے توبہ ندامت اور استغفار ہے۔

Rasool-Allah Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam said: If you have committed a sin, ask Allah for forgiveness and repent to Him, because repentance from sin is regret and seeking forgiveness.

Rasool-Allah Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam said: It is possible that people will continue to question each other until someone will say: It is Allah who created the creation, but who is Allah? created by When they say this, say:
*قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ*
*Qul Hu Wallahu Ahad, ALLAHus-Samad, Lam Yalid walam Yulad, Walam Yakul-lahu Kufuwan Ahad*
*Say He is ALLAH , the One and Only ALLAH , the Eternal, He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none like unto Him.*
Then spit three times on your left side and seek refuge from Shaitan.
