𝐮𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 and 𝐌𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧 communities 𝐂𝐨-𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 have signed Rupeeba software revise agreement extending a collaboration that has grown steadily over the past 𝟓 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬.

Mountain communities Co-operative Society is the only 𝐟𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲, 𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧, in Gilgit-Baltistan with branches across 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐬 empowering women entrepreneurs and local communities at the grassroots level.

Ms. Sadia, General Manager of Mountain Co-operative Society, reaffirmed her complete satisfaction with 𝐑𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐛𝐚 software and expressed her commitment to continuing this long-term collaboration.

This renewed agreement is not just a contract; it's a statement of trust, growth, and shared vision.

Rupeeba has now supported 𝟒𝟎+ 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 in their move from manual, paper-based records to a structured digital workflow with clearer member records, cleaner loan management, and genuine financial transparency for both management and members.

Last month, uConnect Technologies packed up and headed to one of Pakistan's most breathtaking valleys — Naltar.

The team. Endless snow. Zero Wi-Fi anxiety.

We are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) and uConnect Technologies.

Under this collaboration, 65 youth will receive free training in Digital Marketing & SEO as part of the Prime Minister’s Youth Skill Development Program.

The MoU was signed by Mr. Zeeshan Ali, Regional Director NAVTTC, and Mr. Naeem Sardar, Co-Founder of uConnect Technologies.

NAVTTC will provide funding, assessment, and certification, while uConnect Technologies will deliver hands-on training to equip youth with in-demand digital skills.

Together, we are committed to empowering youth and strengthening the digital workforce of Gilgit-Baltistan.

𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐚 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐢𝐥𝐠𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐲 — 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬.

A few months ago, these students walked into uConnect with ambition but no formal training in the skills the market demands. Last week, they walked out certified in Digital Marketing, Full Stack Development, Web Development, and Accounting and Bookkeeping.

uConnect has been training young people in Gilgit-Baltistan and connecting them with real jobs since 2014. Over 10,000 students have come through our programs. This ceremony added the latest group to that number — and it was a significant one.

This was our first graduating batch as an official NAVTTC High Tech training partner in Gilgit-Baltistan. Mr. Zeeshan Ali, Regional Director NAVTTC Gilgit-Baltistan, joined us as the chief guest at our ZS Plaza office to hand over certificates. That partnership matters because it means nationally recognized, high-quality free tech skills training is now accessible here.

But certificates are not the point. What comes next is. Some of these graduates are already working as interns — managing finances, building websites, running digital campaigns, and developing applications for clients across Pakistan and beyond. That is the real outcome we work toward — not just training, but livelihoods.

Thank you to National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) for backing this mission. Thank you to our trainers who refused to let standards slip. And to the graduates — the hard part was showing up every day and doing the work. You did that. Now go prove what Gilgit-Baltistan is capable of.
