consolidate and manage their lifelong learning knowledge, and to transform it to the new generation on the basis of the key assumptions that DRR and Climate Change is the biggest environmental/humanitarian crisis and threatening challenge for sustainable development goals. Many years diversified knowledge acquired by the experts will find out solutions to complex, interdependent, interconnected problems at local level, and will contribute towards sustainable development goals at global level. Currently, policy responses to address each of these independently may be redundant or, at worst, conflicting. We believe that this conflict can be attributed primarily to a lack of interaction and institutional overlap among the three communities of practice. Differences in language, method and political relevance may also contribute to the intellectual divide and professionals are obligated to engage in lifelong learning and are ultimately responsible for meeting or exceeding contemporary performance standards within their area(s) of practice and expertise. The experts at CDRC believe that reducing losses to natural, human induced and weather-related disasters, meeting the Sustainable Development Goals and wider human development objectives, and implementing a successful response through integrated manner. Thus, the the network professionals seeks to review the theoretical and policy linkages with the practical challenges among disaster risk reduction, climate change and development. It finds that not only does action within one realm affect capacity for action in the others, but also that there is much that can be learnt and shared between realms in order to ensure a move towards a path of integrated and more sustainable development. CDRC was established to institutionalize the combine knowledge of scientific research and indigenous practices, and to translate the global commitments, and national policies/plans into action at local level. The new knowledge generated and solution made will further be tested through Justice, Aid, and Development(JAD to build a culture of safety and resilience at local level by contributing towards the targets and priorities as articulated in the Sendai Framework for Action 20015-2030 and UNFCCC targets.
