Education becomes more meaningful when it celebrates every culture and reaches every community.

The Mutya ng Kabataang Victoreno Charities Organization proudly presents Princess Nysia R. Calilap as an Official Candidate of Mutya ng Kabataang Victoreno 2026.

Representing Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education, Princess Nysia champions Project HIRAYA: Honoring Indigenous Rights through Accessible and Youth-led Education, an advocacy dedicated to promoting inclusive and culturally responsive education while empowering indigenous communities through accessible learning opportunities and youth-driven initiatives.

"Every child deserves an education that not only opens doors to the future but also honors the culture and identity they proudly carry." – Princess Nysia R. Calilap

Through her advocacy, Princess Nysia believes that quality education should embrace diversity, protect indigenous heritage, and ensure that no learner is left behind, regardless of their background or community.

💙💚 Together, let us build a future where education uplifts every voice, preserves every culture, and empowers every young Victoreno.
