Relative to the celebration of the Third University Anniversary on March 15, 2024, Friday with the theme "Highlighting MinSU's Convergence Towards Internationalization", attendance of the University officials, faculty, and staff in the three campuses is hereby enjoined; except those personnel whose functions are of vital services including security services, animal-in-charge, and those who will participate in equally important events.
