The 𝗟𝘆𝗰𝗲𝘂𝗺 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝘀 (𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖) 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 successfully conducted its 7th and 8th Training Days, together with the Donning of Ranks, Turnover of Command, and Reception Rites of the COQC, on 𝟮𝟬 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at the 𝗟𝘆𝗰𝗲𝘂𝗺 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱, Lusacan, Tiaong, Quezon. 📍🇵🇭

The activity was led by 𝗠𝗔𝗝 𝗘𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗔 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗮 (𝗜𝗡𝗙) 𝗣𝗔, Commandant, and 𝗠𝗔𝗝 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗼 𝗖 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗲𝘀), Assistant Commandant, together with the Training Staff, Graduate Military Assistants (GMA), and Cadet Officers. 🎖️🫡

The formation officially began at exactly 𝟭𝟬𝟬𝟬𝗛 ⏰, with 𝗦𝗴𝘁 𝗡𝗶ñ𝗮 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗖 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘃𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗲𝘀) serving as the program facilitator. 🎤

The activity started with a prayer 🙏 led by 𝗖/𝟭𝗟𝗧 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗲 𝟮𝗖𝗟, followed by the Oath of Allegiance to the Philippine Flag 🇵🇭, led by 𝗖/𝟭𝗟𝗧 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻 𝟮𝗖𝗟. 🫡

Following the opening ceremony, the activity proceeded with the Donning of Ranks, participated in by the Cadet Officers. 🎖️

Following the Turnover of Command, the Reception Rites of the Cadet Officer Qualifying Course (COQC) participants were conducted.

The activity served as an important part of the COQC training. It was designed to test and develop the candidates’ discipline, endurance, teamwork, courage, and ability to follow instructions under challenging situations, highlighting the commitment and determination required of aspiring qualified Cadet Officers. 💪🔥🫡

The activity was also supported by the participation of the 𝗠𝗗𝗥𝗥𝗠𝗢 𝗧𝗶𝗮𝗼𝗻𝗴, whose presence and participation added support to the successful conduct of the activity. 🤝🚑🇵🇭

At 𝟭𝟮𝟬𝟬𝗛 ⏰, the morning activities were temporarily concluded. The cadets, Cadet Officers, and Training Staff proceeded to have their lunch 🍱 and took a short break before the continuation of the 8th Training Day.

At exactly 𝟭𝟯𝟬𝟬𝗛 ⏰, the cadets returned for their afternoon lectures. The 1st and 2nd Battalions proceeded to their respective classrooms for lectures on Basic Signal Communication, Movement, and Formation. 📚

The discussion focused on Basic Signal Communication, Movement, and Formation, emphasizing the proper use of hand and visual signals for effective communication, coordinated movement, and the proper ex*****on of formations during military training. 📡🤝🪖

At 𝟭𝟱𝟯𝟬𝗛 ⏰, the cadets and cadettes went down for formation and proceeded to the Close Collar Activity for the COQC. Before going home, the cadets and cadettes worked together to clean the surroundings. 🧹🌱 This simple activity showed that ROTC training is not only about mental and physical strength, but also about discipline, responsibility, and caring for the environment. 🌿

Overall, the activities highlighted the importance of leadership, discipline, responsibility, teamwork, and commitment to duty among the cadets. 🫡 The Donning of Ranks formally recognized the duties entrusted to the Cadet Officers, while the Turnover of Command demonstrated the continuity of leadership and accountability within the ROTC Unit. 🔄🎖️

Meanwhile, the Reception Rites for the COQC participants challenged the cadets to demonstrate endurance, courage, teamwork, discipline, and determination. 💪 Through the guidance and supervision of the Commandant, Training Staff, GMA, and Cadet Officers, the activities were successfully conducted, strengthening the cadets’ character and preparing them to become responsible, disciplined, and capable leaders committed to serving their unit, community, and country. 🇵🇭🫡

🫡 𝗟𝗬𝗖𝗘𝗨𝗠 𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗡𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗚𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟰𝟳𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆! 🇵🇭

Under the theme “Laang Kawal: Sandigan ng Bayan sa Kapayapaan, Kaunlaran at Katatagan,” the activity highlights the important role of reservists in supporting the nation’s defense, peace, and stability.

All Reservist Officers and 2nd–4th year students gathered for the discussion on the 47th Armed Forces of the Philippines National Reservist Week Culmination Ceremony, held at the Lyceum Technological College Parade Ground.

The activity was led by our dedicated training staff, 𝗠𝗔𝗝 𝗘𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗔. 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗮 (𝗜𝗡𝗙) 𝗣𝗔, Commandant, and 𝗠𝗔𝗝 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗼 𝗖. 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗲𝘀), Assistant Commandant, together with the Training Staff, Graduate Military Assistants (GMA), Cadet Officers, and the Olinsterg ROTC Unit.

The discussion focused on strengthening the nation’s defense and resilience. The officers were encouraged to fulfill their duties, expand their ranks, and continue supporting the mission of peace and democracy in our country.

Being a reservist carries responsibility, courage, and strong conviction. Through their service and commitment, reservists continue to contribute to building a progressive, peaceful, and resilient nation.
