📌 𝐍𝐎 𝐑𝐄𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐍, 𝐍𝐎 𝐄𝐗𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘

Please be advised that our store strictly implements a 𝐍𝐨 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧, 𝐍𝐨 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲.

Under Philippine consumer laws, customers are not automatically entitled to return or exchange items simply because they changed their minds. As long as the product is 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙙𝙚𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 and there was 𝙣𝙤 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚 involved, businesses are allowed to apply strict return policies.

We encourage all customers to 𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙘𝙠 𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙨 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙮 before purchasing and feel free to ask questions—we’re always happy to help before you decide. This policy helps us protect our small business and continue providing quality products to everyone.

Thank you so much for your understanding and support 💙
