Smart sun-shading louvers and expansive glass panels were integrated to balance natural lighting and cooling for the Philippine climate.

Wood was widely used as the accent material on both interior and exterior of the house, which gives warmth, character, and timelessness.

Natural wood veneer was used as interior ceiling and wall accents while wood composite panels were used as exterior wall cladding considering weather durability and maintenance.
