📢 ANNOUNCEMENT: Heightened Implementation of Campus Security and Safety Protocols

Pursuant to CHED Regional Office VII Memorandum No. 248, Series of 2026, and CHED Memorandum dated August 18, 2026, Talibon Polytechnic College announces Memorandum No. 28, Series of 2026 (issued September 10, 2026).

These heightened security and safety protocols take effect on September 14, 2026 (Monday):

1. Controlled Vehicle Entry: Gate 2 and Gate 3 are open for student vehicles from 6:30 A.M. to 8:30 A.M. only, subject to inspection.

2. Re-entry Restriction: Student vehicles exiting the campus will not be permitted re-entry through Gate 2 or Gate 3 without express authorization.

3. Student Pedestrian Entry: All students must enter through Gate 1 (Main Gate) or Gate 3 (Back of New Building near NSTP Office) and comply with inspection procedures.

4. Gate 3 Access Hours: Gate 3 is open for student access until 7:00 P.M. After 7:00 P.M., students must use Gate 1 (Main Gate) for entry and exit.

5. Mandatory Security Inspection: All students, visitors, and personnel are subject to bag, package, and personal belonging screenings.

6. Strict Prohibition of Weapons: Carrying or possessing fi****ms, knives, bladed weapons, or other dangerous materials on campus is strictly prohibited.

7. Compliance Required: Everyone is expected to cooperate fully with security personnel. Refusal or violations will be investigated and addressed per college policy.
