The Supreme Student Council (SSC) announces the conduct of Classroom Elections for Academic Year 2026–2027, which shall be held within this week in all classes. The elections aim to select responsible class officers who will help ensure proper coordination, communication, and implementation of class activities.

📌 GUIDELINES TO REMEMBER:
• All classes must conduct their elections within the given period.
• Elections must be fair, orderly, and democratic.
• Each class shall elect officers based on its agreed structure.
• Elected officers shall assume their duties after the results are confirmed.
• All classes must submit the official list of elected classroom officers to the Chairperson of the Committee on Election and Electoral Affairs.

📝 WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE LIST:
✔️ Class/Program and Year Level
✔️ Section
✔️ Names of Elected Officers
✔️ Positions of Officers
✔️ Date of Election

The submitted list will serve as the official record of classroom officers for A.Y. 2026–2027.

📍 SUBMISSION OF CLASSROOM OFFICERS’ LIST

After conducting the election, all classes are required to submit/pass their official list of elected classroom officers to the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) through:

In line with our commitment to environmental responsibility, the morning of Day 4 will be dedicated to a Campus-Wide Clean-Up Drive.

This Clean-Up Drive is an initiative of the 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
(𝗦𝗘𝗠𝗢) in collaboration with the 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗦𝗦𝗖), the mother organization, as part of our shared commitment to fostering a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable campus environment.

The Supreme Student Council has officially adopted Resolution No. 002, Series of 2026–2027, establishing the Standing Committees of the Council and appointing their respective Chairpersons for Academic Year 2026–2027.

This resolution aims to strengthen the Council’s organization, coordination, and delivery of meaningful services to the student body through clear roles, responsibilities, and effective committee operations.
