Ang PS1 Sta Ana na gipangunhan ni PMAJ RICHEEN M LAGNAYO, Station Commander, ubos sa superbisyon ni PCOL MANNAN C MUARIP, Acting City Director sa DCPO, naghatag ug komprehensibo nga seguridad sa selebrasyon sa 40th Kadayawan Festival sa Dabaw ug sa katibuk-ang aktibidadis apil ang mga kalingawan sa dalan, Indak-indak, parada sa Pamulak, Pananam, Night Markets, showcase of Tribal Houses ug uban pa, para mahimong malinawon ug walay krimen mahitabo sa maong selevrasyon tungod sa kusog na presenya ug pagbantay sa mga kapulisan, kasundaluhan, auxiliaries, other security agencies and force multipliers sa nagkandaiyang lugar a Dabaw para mahimong malampuson ug natala ang zero crime incident.

Dako usab ang pagpasalamat ni PMAJ LAGNAYO sa tanang sakripisyo sa personahe niini sa pagbantay sa kalinaw ug nagpasalamat kini sa suporta sa lokal na kagamhanan uban sa barangay para katibuk-ang kalinaw.

Ang PS1 Sta Ana magpabilin nga kusog ug andam para sa kalambuan ug seguridad sa dakbayan sa Dabaw.

Pinaagi sa pagpakusog sa law enforcement operations sa DCPO PS1 Sta Ana batok sa mga wanted persons, nagmalampuson ang gimugna niini nga Manhunt operation sa pagdakop kapin 24 ka mga personalidad nga naay mga existing warrant of arrest sa nagkandaiyang kaso.

Gikan sa Hulyo 15, 2025 hangtud bulan Agosto 15, 2025, adunay 24 nga wanted persons ug operasyon na ginapahigayun sa mga otoridad ang nadakpan. Kini gipangunahan sa Manhunt Tracker Team sa Warrant Section sa PS1 Sta Ana para madala sa korte ang mga personalidad nga nag tago-tago nga naay warrant of arrest.

Ang malampusong operasyon nga pakigbatok sa kriminalidad ang maong prayoridad sa kapulisan sa PS1 Sta Ana para sa kalinaw dili lang sa 21 ka barangay sakop niini pero sa katibuk-ang dakbayan sa Dabaw.

Ubos sa pagdumala ni PCOL MANNAN C MUARIP, Acting City Director sa DCPO, gipakusgan niini ang pakipagtambayayong sa komunidad pinaagi sa D.A.V.A.O Policing aron sa luwas ug hapsay nga kadalanan. Usa sa mandato sa DCPO ang paspas na Aksyon sa problema o isyu sa komunidad kung asa usa sa mga gimulo partikular sa mga drayber dinhi dapit sa Sta Ana ang ilang mga paso na mga lisensya og rehsitro.

Tungod niini, subay sa OPLAN HAPSAY (Highway and Pedestrian Safety Advocacy for DabawenYos), naglunsad anf Police Station 1 Sta Ana ug koordinasyon sa nag-unang ahensya, ang Land Transportation Office 11 na gipangunahan ni Atty. Ernesto Raphael V. Robillo, Regional Director ug kauban niini nga si Assistant Regional Director Joel Mandaya, aron ipahigayon ang serbisyo caravan na programang BOSS PROJECT (Barangay Outreach & Support Services) sa Barangay Leon Garcia.

Sa maong caravan, kapin 200 ka benefeciaries ang napahiluna sa pagkuha ug lisensya (bag-o ug renewal applicant) sa driver ug rehistro (bag-o ug renewal applicant) sa sakynan.

Dako ang pasalamat ni Kap. Lita Empis ug ubang opisyales niini sa Barangay Leon Garcia sa kapulisan ug personahe sa LTO 11 tungod ang ahensya sa goberno ang niabot sa ilang barangay aron madali ang transakyon ug malikayan ang mga bogus na transakyon online.

Ang maong caravan magpadayon ug pagahimuon usab sa laing barangay dinhi sa Sta Ana area of responsibility aron tanang nangihanglan sa lisensya ug rehistro matabangan.

The scenario training, which unfolded with a high-profile Person Deprived of Liberty (PDL) attending a promulgation resulting in an ambush during the convoy escorts back to Malvar City Jail, emphasized the need for swift and coordinated responses during crises. This highlighted the importance of activating the Incident Command System (ICS) and collaborating with agencies like the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) team to manage complex situations effectively.

During negotiations led by the Incident Commander, the training successfully resolved a hostage-taking incident and addressed the threat of explosives, showcasing the significance of continuous risk assessment and prompt action in crisis response. The debriefing session afterward analyzed response strategies, performance evaluations, and areas for improvement, reinforcing the value of ongoing learning and enhancement in readiness and resilience for future crises.

The utilization of the Incident Command System (ICS) during the training demonstrated the effectiveness of coordinated response efforts, led by PLTCOL James Carlo Rodriguez. This experience emphasized the importance of seamless teamwork and strategic planning in ensuring the safety of all individuals involved and highlighted the critical role of interagency cooperation in handling complex emergencies and prioritizing the well-being of those affected.
