A wholly-owned subsidiary of Pascual Consumer Healthcare Corporation (PCHC), LAC was incorporated in December 13, 2002 to engage in the production and processing of agricultural products for medicinal, health, and nutritional use. The company’s ultimate parent company is Pascual Laboratories, Inc., a local Filipino company engaged in the innovative manufacturing and distribution of pharmaceutical and other healthcare-related products.
