𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐄𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐚 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐎𝐮𝐭 𝐆𝐀𝐒-𝐓𝐔𝐊𝐋𝐀𝐒 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 — The Schools Division of Santa Rosa City successfully conducted its Division Orientation on the Pilot Implementation Guidelines of the Government Assistance and Subsidies-Training and Upgrading Knowledge for Learners, Teachers, and Achievers in Schools (GAS-TUKLAS) Program of the Department of Education on September 22, 2026, at the Bulwagang Arcillas. Organized by the School Management, Monitoring, and Evaluation Section of the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD), the day-long event gathered public and private school heads, education program supervisors, and division financial officers. The orientation finalized the implementation framework of DepEd Memorandum No. 046, s. 2026, which establishes the pilot subsidy program for School Year 2026–2027.

Ms. Janice Dela Rosa, Administrative Officer IV of the HRMU delivered the welcome message from ASDS Rodrigo M. Rodriguez, Jr., CESO VI. Sir Jessie James E. Kingat, SGOD Chief, officially opened the orientation, highlighting the program’s goal to empower local learners and teacher-coaches through strategic educational subsidies.

Key sessions discussions focused on candidate eligibility criteria, processing workflows, timelines, and fund utilization requirements.

The division-wide orientation ensures that all local school leaders are equipped to efficiently process and liquidate program funds while maintaining full compliance with national standards.

The Schools Division Office of Santa Rosa City conducted the Division Orientation and Technical Assistance on the Enhanced School Governance Council (SGC) Functionality Assessment Tool today, September 16, 2026, at the 4th Floor Bulwagang Arcillas, SDO Building.

The activity provided participants with a clearer understanding of the structure and required Means of Verification (MOVs) while guiding them through the step-by-step use of the Enhanced SGC Functionality Assessment Tool. It brought together public school heads and designated SGC co-chairpersons (non-teaching personnel) to strengthen their knowledge and support the effective implementation of school governance.

Through this orientation and technical assistance, participants were better equipped to carry out their roles and contribute to meaningful stakeholder participation and stronger school governance.

A resounding congratulations to 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐜. for showcasing exceptional talent, innovation, teamwork, and ingenuity in prestigious robotics competitions both in the Philippines and abroad!

The young innovators of Princeton Academy Inc. demonstrated that learners can compete and excel on the international stage.

John Jacob Panganiban and Rhinz Gabriel Bayadog emerged as the 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐋𝐃 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 in the 𝐅𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐁𝐨𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐑𝐀𝐕𝐄 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 2026 which was held in Osaka, Japan on August 11 – 12, 2026. Their remarkable achievement is a testament to their technical skills, strategic thinking, perseverance, and passion for robotics.

Princeton Academy also participated in RoboRAVE Thailand. Rexella Jeanne Panaglima and Princess Jonamae Anthony won the 2𝐍𝐃 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐄 in the 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐑𝐀𝐕𝐄 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 2026 which was held last March 13-15, 2026 in Nakhon Pathom, Thailand.

Princeton Academy also demonstrated impressive talent at 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐑𝐀𝐕𝐄 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 2025 held at the University of the Philippines Los Baños, Laguna, last April 26 – 27, 2026. The team earned multiple awards.

Rhyz Marcus Alto, Lucian Caleb Mangubat, and Holly Trisha Mae Lim emerged as the 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐕𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: 𝐌𝐈𝐂𝐑𝐎𝐁𝐈𝐓 𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍.

While Caerus Renzo Aguirre, Princess Jonamae Anthony, and Lorc Daniel Carmona won the 1𝐒𝐓 𝐑𝐔𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐑-𝐔𝐏 – 𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐎𝐁𝐎𝐓 𝐏𝐔𝐒𝐇 𝐂𝐔𝐏𝐒 4𝐖𝐃

These outstanding accomplishments reflect the power of innovation, collaboration, critical thinking, problem-solving, and hands-on learning in preparing young learners for the challenges of the future.
