* Pay the downpayment (DP) to reserve the item.
- - Send the confirmation details of the payment for verification.
* The Estimated time of arrival (ETA) of the item is tentative and subject to change.
* Some items are not guaranteed on allocation, the concept "First dibs - First serve" will

apply.
* If the item arrives, you must pay the remaining balance within 7 days.
- - In case no response or the payment for the remaining balance is not received, the DP will be forfeited.
* Once fully paid, item/s will be shipped via trusted courier which shipping fee (SF) will be c/o by the buyer.
- - There will be no Cash on Delivery (COD) for now. ON HAND Items
* Message us first on this page if you have any desired items on the "ON HAND items" wall post to confirm availability before paying for the said items.
* We will declare the full details and condition of the item through the post.
- - In case you need some more photos of the item, we are open to doing so.
* Once confirmed available, you may pay the full price of the item and send the confirmation details of payment for verification.
* Once verified, we will now ship the item via trusted courier and the shipping fee (SF) will be c/o by the buyer. SHIPPING guide
* Items will be shipped via LBC or J&T for nationwide orders.

* The shipping schedule updates weekly.
* Our location is on Sta. We can deliver your items when you are within Manila or near Sta. Rosa Laguna using Lalamove if prefer. CLAIMS/RETURN guide
* On Pre-Order items
- - We have a concept "First dibs - first serve" policy. There are some items that have no guaranteed allocation. In case you already paid the DP and regrettably, you have been cut from the reservation, we assure you that your payment will be returned after the said announcement.
- - Photographs are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may differ in color and design, depending on the color reproduction on your computer or mobile device.

* On ON HAND Items

- - In case you made the payment without the confirmation and the item already sold. We assure you that your payment will be returned once verified.

* On Shipping
- - We will send photos of the items before shipping or putting them in the box. This will serve as proof and documentation that the item/s are in good condition. We regrettably inform you that we will not be responsible for any damages due to shipping mishaps.
- - No replacement for defects or imperfection on both figure and box. REMINDER
