Meet Ceisui and Okumidori — two First Flush matchas with completely different personalities.
CEISUI
From Mie, Japan. Sweet on the opening, followed by a gentle vegetal finish that lingers on the palate. Smooth, balanced, and more expressive.
OKUMIDORI
A single-cultivar Okumidori. Delicate and naturally sweet, with a soft vegetal character and subtle umami. Smooth, light, and easy on the palate.
