Snappy salute, sir.🚦
18 August 2025 — Governor Marisol "Sol" Aragones-Sampelo has officially appointed Colonel Adiel De Torres, Th.D. as the new Chief Administrator of the Laguna Traffic Management Office (LTMO).
Col. De Torres will lead LTMO in ensuring safer and more orderly roads across the province while addressing growing concerns about traffic congestion in rapidly developing districts. His appointment, made under Governor Sol’s administration, reflects her confidence in his extensive background in civic service, law enforcement, and security—competencies vital to strengthening LTMO’s role in serving motorists and communities alike.
Beyond traffic management, this new assignment also carries the responsibility of supporting initiatives that uplift Laguna’s healthcare system and boost tourism in the province. Both are key priorities of the Governor’s agenda, aligning LTMO’s work with broader social and economic goals.
Strengthened initiatives are anticipated as LTMO continues to fulfill this vital mandate under Laguna's GOByernong may SOLusyon.

Laguna Governor Sol Aragones has started her administration with a clear focus on improving healthcare services in the province. True to her campaign promise, she is now working to make public hospitals more compassionate and welcoming to all Lagunenses.
While no official Executive Order document has been made public yet, Governor Aragones has been active in collaborating with the Department of Health (DOH) to push for better hospital facilities and more patient-friendly services. During her campaign, she strongly criticized the poor conditions in some of Laguna’s public hospitals and made a commitment to change them.
Her administration plans to renovate hospital facilities, provide community pharmacies that offer affordable or free medicines, and ensure that basic medical services are accessible to everyone. These steps aim to make the healthcare system in Laguna not just more efficient, but also more caring and people-centered.

Happy Laguna Day 2025!
Every June 19, we celebrate Laguna Day, a special non-working holiday marking the birth anniversary of Dr. José Rizal, our national hero and proud son of Calamba. This year marks his 164th birthday—a time not just to remember his brilliance, but to reflect on the moral courage and deep love for country he lived and died for.
Laguna Day also shines a light on the rich cultural heritage of our province and its vital role in shaping national history. With festivals like Calambanga, civic parades, and tributes to Rizal’s life, we are reminded that greatness is born not from comfort, but from conviction.
We believe true patriotism is service-driven—to God, to our people, and to our communities. Let this day renew our commitment to lead with truth, serve with integrity, and live out the faith that Rizal himself quietly carried.
📍 “Ang kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan”—and they need heroes who live what they preach.

Governor-elect Sol Aragones and outgoing Governor Ramil Hernandez have officially started the transition process at the Laguna Capitol. The meeting, attended by their respective teams, focused on key programs, administrative concerns, and coordination plans to ensure continuity in provincial governance.
Set to take her oath on June 30, Gov-Elect Sol emphasized unity, transparency, and readiness to serve. Her team’s active participation signals a proactive start to what she brands as a “Gobyernong May Solusyon”—a responsive, inclusive, and accountable administration for the people of Laguna.

A Nation Reconciled. A People Empowered.
On May 29, 2025, the Philippine government officially launched the National Action Plan for Unity, Peace, and Development (NAP-UPD) 2025–2028—a roadmap designed to build lasting peace and sustainable progress across the country.
This bold framework, aligned with the National Security Policy and the Philippine Development Plan, champions a human rights-based, people-centered approach to resolving conflict. It also seeks to dismantle the roots of insurgency—not only through security efforts, but through moral transformation, community empowerment, and inclusive development.
Spearheaded by the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), the plan recognizes that real peace goes hand-in-hand with justice, integrity, and opportunity—values long upheld by both faith-based institutions and the Filipino people.
We echo this call: kapayapaan, kaunlaran, at pagkakaisa—rooted in righteousness, driven by service, and sustained by faith.

Isang Bagong Yugto para sa Laguna: Tagumpay ni Gov. Sol Aragones
Sol Aragones. Nawa’y maging matagumpay ang iyong panunungkulan. We pray for your success — for God and for Country.
