Natural split-face limestone, warm walnut cladding, and crisp off-white stucco come together to create a clean, contemporary façade that feels both elegant and inviting. Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing fills the interiors with natural light while strengthening the connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Every element was carefully considered to achieve a calm, refined aesthetic—where architecture, materials, and light work together in harmony.

𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐏𝐓 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐍
Volumetric Play: Rather than a monolithic block, the facade uses "push-and-pull" massing, as requested by the client. The cut-outs for balconies and cantilevered slabs break up the mass, making the tall building feel lighter and more dynamic.

Operable Louvered Shutters: The most prominent feature on the second floor is the row of accordion-style, operable wooden louvers. These allow the homeowners to control solar heat gain, block direct glare, and maintain privacy while still permitting passive cross-ventilation.
