MACABLING ES SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCTS LAC SESSION ON ACTION RESEARCH! 🔎✨

Macabling Elementary School successfully conducted its Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session with the theme “Writing Action Research: Turning Problems into Possibilities” on September 18, 2026.

The session gave our teachers an opportunity to look at the challenges they encounter in the classroom from a different perspective—not simply as problems, but as opportunities for inquiry, innovation, and improvement.

A huge thank you to our resource speaker, Dr. Bonifacio Lagura Jr., for sharing his knowledge, experiences, and practical insights on writing action research. Your guidance encouraged our teachers to turn their classroom experiences into meaningful research that can create positive change in our learners and our school.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to our School Head, Mrs. Mercedita C. Laserna, who, despite being on leave, still made time to witness and support the activity. Your presence and continued support mean so much to us.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to Mrs. Lovelyn M. Dela Roca for her valuable support and contribution to the successful conduct of the LAC Session.

We also thank Mr. Isiah Marion L. Palomares, Administrative Officer II, for making sure that the needs and preparations for the LAC Session were properly attended to.

Special recognition goes to Mrs. Catherine H. De La Cruz, Research Coordinator, for initiating and coordinating this meaningful learning session and for helping make this professional development activity possible.
