Chef Rolando "Rollie" Dorado is a distinguished Filipino master baker renowned for his expertise in pastry and bread making. He has conducted numerous baking seminars and workshops across the country. Chef Dorado's dedication to the craft and his active participation in culinary events underscore his significant role in the baking community. In 2024, Chef Rollie released his book entitled, "The Wonderful World of Baking," with over more than 100 recipes on breads, cakes, cookies, and pastries.
