Ingredients:
For the steak:
β’ 2 ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
β’ 2 tablespoons olive oil
β’ Salt and pepper to taste
β’ 2 cloves garlic, minced
β’ 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
β’ 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
β’ 1 tablespoon butter
For the baked potatoes:
β’ 2 large russet potatoes
β’ 2 tablespoons olive oil
β’ Salt to taste
β’ 1/2 cup sour cream
β’ 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
β’ 2 tablespoons chopped chives
β’ 2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Wash the potatoes, dry them, and rub with olive oil and salt. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until tender.
2. While the potatoes are baking, season the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
3. In the last minute of cooking, add the minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, and butter to the skillet. Spoon the melted butter and herbs over the steaks.
4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes.
5. Once the potatoes are done, cut them open and fluff the insides with a fork. Top with butter, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped chives.
6. Serve the steaks with the baked potatoes on the side.

Carrots and salad with Pineapple
Ingredients:
2 cups shredded carrots
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Tuna Salad Sandwich
Ingredients:
* 2 cans (6 oz each) tuna, drained and flaked
* 1/4 cup mayonnaise
* 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
* 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Lettuce leaves
* Tomato slices
* 4 slices of bread, toasted
Instructions :
1. Prepare the Tuna Salad: In a mixing bowl, combine the drained and flaked tuna, mayonnaise, finely chopped celery, red onion, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Stir until well combined and creamy.
2. Season to Taste: Add salt and pepper according to your preference, adjusting the flavors as needed.
3. Assemble the Sandwich: Spread a generous portion of the tuna salad onto two slices of toasted bread. Top with lettuce leaves and tomato slices.
4. Finish and Serve: Place the remaining slices of toasted bread on top to complete the sandwiches. Cut each sandwich in half and serve immediately.

Filling:
Ground meat
Onion chopped

Bread crumbs
