✅ A bonafide resident of Santa Rosa
✅ With good moral character
✅ Physically and mentally fit
✅ No pending criminal or administrative case
✅ High school graduate, preferably college level
✅ Must be between 21 to 35 years old
✅ At least 5'6" in height
✅ Willing to undergo training
✅ No visible tattoo
✅ With City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (CADAC) Clearance
