SERVICE ADVISORY

If you are experiencing issues upon box boot up, just follow these simple steps:

1. Unplug your Cignal box from the power outlet.

2. Carefully unscrew the circular cable (RG6) located at the back of your box.

3. Once the cable has been removed, plug in the power source of your Cignal box and wait for it to reboot.

4. Your TV screen will show a "No Signal" error message. When you see this, perform a Factory Reset by pressing and holding the P+ and P- buttons found on your Cignal box at the same time, until the notification appears.

5. Reconnect the RG6 cable back to your box and follow the First Time Installation instructions shown on your TV screen.

6. Proceed to the "First Time Installation setup". Once channel scan is done, issue should be fixed.
