Maybe it’s time to change that. Exams can be stressful, but cramming all night and skipping sleep won’t help you learn better. Try to plan your review early, take short breaks, and let your mind rest. Study one subject at a time, focus on understanding, and give yourself time to breathe. 📖💭

Your body needs care too. Eat healthy food, drink enough water, and make time to rest. Taking care of yourself is not a waste of time because it helps you learn and grow. Be kind to yourself, celebrate your small wins, and trust that your hard work will pay off. You don’t have to be perfect, you just have to keep going. 🌿

The 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘾𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧 (𝙎𝙁𝘾) upholds the Learner’s Handbook and ensures proper discipline while helping students make better choices. Whether it’s case handling, discipline and sanctions, referral services, or positive formation, we are committed to creating a safe and nurturing school environment. We serve students, teachers, staff, and even parents/guardians—because we believe discipline and growth are best achieved through teamwork and collaboration.

📌Manage student violations while ensuring due process
📌Provide disciplinary measures (warnings, community service, suspension) when needed
📌Connect learners and families with the Guidance Office, Principal, or external agencies for support
📌Partner with parents/guardians to strengthen student development
📌Promote values formation and positive character building through seminars, workshops, and corrective programs

We are open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., located on the second floor of the PHS Medical Clinic.
