We are looking for an OSP Project Manager to provide management oversight for all phases of the construction project, including coordinating workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that construction activities are performed in accordance with schedule and budget.

Requirements

BS degree in engineering, computer science, and related fields.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience especially in the telecom industry

Additional organizational and communication skills will be desired.

Familiar with OSP fielding and design of Telecommunications facilities and various applications.

Very good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the quality, progress, and EHS (environment, health & safety) management and control of the construction site.

Investigate damage, accidents, emergencies, and delays; determine and take action to mitigate the impact.

Monitor project expenditures for accuracy and budget requirements.

Perform construction and maintenance of OSP infrastructure according to industry standards.

Regularly and continuously review the work progress for each OSP construction project.
