Symphonies of Dedication

In the melodies of the music played by the Rizal Elementary School Drum and Lyre Corps, there lies the unseen hard work and perseverance behind every note.

In the 12th Binulig Festival, October 10, 2024, the whole Panabo City Multipurpose Gym was filled with so much joy and symphony as the Rizal Elementary School Drum and Lyre Corps performed. With every beat of the drum, every strike of the lyre and marimba, and every twirl of the majorettes have reflected months of practice and dedication, late-night practices, and a bunch of trial and error.

During the 11th Binulig Festival, the Rizal ES Drum and Lyre Corps wasn’t able to place in the rankings. However, through the unwavering commitment and persistence of the students along with the constant support of the teachers, coordinators, and parents, their hard work finally paid off, as they proudly secured the 5th place in the recent Binulig Festival Drum and Lyre Corps Competition.

The crowd didn’t just witness a wonderful performance, but the union of the students’ efforts, hard work, and pride of carrying their school’s name.
