Wanting to always fill the palate with the superb taste of home cooking, El Amado pays homage to the wonderful talent of its Chef, Amado.
A native of Pagsanjan, Amado worked as a cook at the old Pagsanjan Rapids, one of the more reputed resorts in Pagsanjan. He has been featured as the Kangkong Master in a travel show on Studio 23 in the early 2000’s. Despite his meager income, he raised three successful children who have graduated from the UST, UP, and PUP. Inspired by their father, the siblings have decided to put up El Amado. It
