Yesterday, the Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) Gym was filled with immense pride, discipline, and honor as we celebrated the NSTP Graduation and Oath Taking Ceremony of our resilient ROTC Navy Basic Cadets and Advance Officers!

Your unwavering dedication, sleepless nights, and rigorous training have officially paid off. By completing this journey, you haven't just passed a course, you have significantly contributed to the strength, legacy, and honor of the 565th NROTC Unit.

In a solemn and historic moment on the same day, our graduates took their official oath. With this graduation, they are now officially recognized as part of the Enlisted Reserve [Standby Reserve of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP)] and are placed on standby status. They are no longer just students; they are now vital pillars of national security and community resilience, ready to answer the call of the duty when the time comes.

The ceremony was graced by distinguished leaders who inspired our newly minted reservists to sail forward with purpose. We express our deepest gratitude to the Guest of Honor and Speaker, the 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐧, 𝗛𝗢𝗡. 𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗢 𝗝.
