Conflict Management Seminar_aims to make sure that good relationship is the first priority.

It seeks to understand types and causes of conflict at work and the application of conflict management principles which will ensure an enriching and productive workplace.

Objective:

1. To understand that conflict is a natural and necessary part of life
2. To assess employees’ conflict management and resolution
3. To improve employees’ capacity to handle conflict.
4. To implement various conflict management strategies to our employees.

Expected Output:

1. Employees with profound understanding on individual’s views and personalities,
2. Effective, efficient, and competent workforce, and
3. Employees with high regard on good conduct and conflict resolution

MENTAL HEALTH, PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT & TEAMBULDING ACTIVITY :
Waterfront Insular Hotel, Davao City

Team-building activities focused on mental health psychosocial support is crucial for nurturing a supportive and resilient workplace atmosphere. These initiatives facilitate effective communication among department leaders, empowering them to understand and tend to their teams' needs with empathy and consideration.

By actively participating in such activities, managers establish trust with their teams, fostering an environment where team members feel secure in seeking assistance. Additionally, engaging in enjoyable team-building exercises aids in mitigating stress for managers, thereby enhancing their own mental well-being and improving their leadership capabilities. Moreover, these activities help leaders hone collaborative skills, encouraging teamwork in addressing mental health issues within the organization.

Ultimately, the integration of mental health psychosocial support team-building activities fosters a workplace culture that values mental health, diminishes stigma, and elevates the overall well-being of all involved.

The following are the objectives of the activity, namely:

1. To foster open and effective communication among team members to facilitate understanding, empathy, and mutual support;
