What smells better than old books?

The Office of Library Services offered two days of free coffee to all students of Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa Sr. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology on August 17–18, 2026.

The office provided free brewed coffee to welcome Debesians at the start of their academic endeavor. This gesture was especially timely, as queues for the processing of library cards and borrower’s cards were exceptionally high. Moreover, biscuits and bread were served to complement the coffee.

The said activity was sponsored by Dr. Erwin H. Malto, our Vice President for Administration and Finance. The students’ enthusiasm and positive engagement affirmed that the activity was a resounding success.

ATTTENTION!

This is to inform the students of Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa Sr. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology (DEBESMSCAT), especially the first-year students that the processing of Library Card will begin on August 17, 2026.

Requirements:
* 1 pc. 1x1 ID Picture (White Background)
