Envisioned as a vertical community, this residential tower integrates living, fitness, and wellness into a cohesive architectural form. The building’s design carefully balances private and shared spaces—offering comfortable, well-lit residences alongside complete amenities that support physical activity, relaxation, and social interaction.

Energy-efficient design strategies—including optimized orientation, façade performance, and system efficiency—enhance thermal comfort while minimizing environmental impact. Elevate your Everyday Living

This project features two combined 2-bedroom loft units. We designed the new space by emphasizing the elegant double-height living space, where natural light, clean lines, and soft neutral tones create an atmosphere of openness and understated luxury. We ensured to place floor-to-ceiling glazing, which enhances the vertical volume while maintaining a seamless connection between levels.

This new home features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms and a versatile den, offering flexible spaces for rest, work, or leisure. Natural stone floors, warm wood accents, and bespoke cabinetry add depth and texture, while carefully planned lighting highlights the architecture without overwhelming the space.

Designed as a modern urban retreat, this home balances scale, comfort, and timeless elegance.

The U3 Residence. This house was designed in the 1990s for a family of five. When a family member asked for a major renovation, we said that we would keep the structural framework of the house. We then transformed the layout of the house, removing partitions to provide significant open spaces for family members to bond together. On the exterior, we used a mixture of steel, wood, and stone to create the modern asian aesthetic our client was looking for. We are beyond ecstatic to see this family appreciate their new home.
