None of this would have been possible without the people who helped bring BAF to life, from our generous sponsors, dedicated volunteers, hardworking organizers, talented artists, performers, speakers, facilitators, and everyone behind the scenes! Your time, effort, and support made this festival what it was. 🫶

The 2026 Benilde Animation Festival brought creativity to life through a series of hands-on workshops for SHS Benildean students! 🎨🎞️✨

The workshops ranged from experimenting with 𝟮𝗗 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 and 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 to exploring 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and enhancing sketching through 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴!

We’re looking back at the 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗲𝘆𝘀 at the Benilde Animation Festival 2026, where creatives got an up-close look at the tools behind merch production, from 3D printers and laser engravers to printers and cutting machines.

A look back at the opening of 𝗔𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲, an exhibit that traces the rich and evolving history of Philippine animation, featuring artworks of Benilde Animation faculty and students. 🇵🇭✨

Held during the Benilde Animation Festival last June 29, 2026, the exhibit brings together the stories and creative milestones that have helped shape Filipino animation across generations.

The opening also welcomed Filipina actress 𝗕𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗮 𝗨𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗶, the voice behind the titular character of GMA Pictures’ animated film 𝙀𝙡𝙡𝙖 𝘼𝙧𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙡: 𝘼𝙬𝙞𝙩 𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙡 𝙖𝙩 𝙆𝙪𝙠𝙤.
