It's easy to take for granted the things we have that sometimes we forget to have a sense of gratitude and appreciation.

While some of us may have gifts, food, and things that we don't particularly like, others don't even have a decent place to stay or a warm meal to eat.

So by focusing on what we have rather than what we don't can give us a true sense of happiness. And remember that a simple act of kindness, a warm smile, or a helping hand can make a significant difference in someone's life.
