The CPE Department is now accepting 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 and 𝗲𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀 For First Semester, A.Y. 2026–2027 during the Adjustment Period (August 17 - September 11, 2026)

Students are encouraged to submit their requests as early as possible to allow sufficient time for processing and resolution.

For students experiencing 𝗲𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀, particularly irregular students, transferees, and shiftees, 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝟬 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺 provided by the department so we can properly assess and assist with your concerns.

📌 Please submit all required documents to the CPE Department Office and settle your concerns 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀.

The form is now open for submissions and will remain available throughout the Adjustment Period, from August 17 to September 11, 2026. Please make sure to submit your requests within this period, as submissions beyond the Adjustment Period will no longer be accommodated by the department.

The examination will be conducted on 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, during the 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, from 𝟵:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟮:𝟬𝟬 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗻.

📌 All examinees are reminded to carefully review the examination coverage and guidelines provided in the publication. Please make sure to bring your Notice of Examination, a valid school or government-issued ID, and the necessary examination materials. Examinees are also required to report to the designated venue at least 𝟯𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 before the examination.
