👉 Follows up with the tracking, progression and delivery of custom products
👉 Responsible for handling e-mail and phone concerns
👉 Ensures that the orders of the customers and related concerns are smooth-sailing and hassle-free
👉 Responsible for handling customer escalations
👉 Handles issues: order status inquiry & follow up
👉 Responsible for updating daily reports and trackers to be submitted on a daily basis
👉 Possesses a high degree of confidence and a positive attitude
👉 Partner effectivity with assigned teams/managers
👉 Reach out to customers and verify account information and the reason for calling
👉 Assist with placement of orders and other concerns that need to be solved

Qualifications:
✅ Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field
✅ At least with 1 year of working experience in the related field
✅ Active listener, attentive, good communication and comprehension skills
✅ No Attendance issues
✅ Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
