47th Anniversary Celebration and Induction and Turnover Ceremony
Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society โ Central Luzon Chapter
On December 8, 2025, the Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society โ Central Luzon Chapter held its 47th Induction and Turnover Ceremony, themed โTimeless Elegance,โ at The North Polo Club Pulilan, Bulacan.
The program formally opened with Welcome Remarks delivered by the dedicated Regional Director, Dr. Agnes Lourdes Fernando. The ceremony marked the induction of Dr. Marlene R. Javier of Bulacan as Chapter President, formally inducted by the POGS National President, Dr. Concepcion D. Rayel, and the turnover of leadership from Dr. Helene I. Alberto, outgoing President from Nueva Ecija.
The event also included the induction of new members, the recognition of new diplomates and fellows, a Broadway Musicalโthemed Christmas celebration, the 90th birthday celebration of Dr. Concepcion P. Argonza, and the conferment of the first Dr. Concepcion P. Argonza (CPA) Excellence Award to Dr. Agnes Gaddi, as its inaugural recipient.
It was an evening marked by leadership, legacy, excellence, and fellowshipโreflecting the enduring commitment of POGS-CLC to advancing womenโs healthcare in Central Luzon.

On March 19, 2025, POGS Central Luzon Chapter successfully hosted a highly engaging Continuing Medical Education (CME) event at Quest Hotel, Clark, Pampanga, bringing together 245 dedicated Obstetricians and Gynecologists from across the region. ๐

On February 21, 2025, the Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society (POGS) Central Luzon Chapter successfully hosted a day filled with learning, camaraderie, and empowerment, with an overwhelming 244 attendees joining us!
With the theme โSowing Pathways to POGS CLCโs Golden Future: Nurturing Love and Empowering Women,โ the event gathered esteemed OB-GYNs and experts to discuss vital topics in womenโs health. Our insightful lecture series featured:
๐ โHues & Cues: Anemia in Pregnancyโ by Dr. Cialuj Teza Agbayani-Cruz
๐ โPolycystic Ovarian Syndrome and the Role of Dydrogesterone in its Managementโ by Dr. Eileen Co-Sy
The program was further enriched with an engaging open forum, an exciting intermission performance showcasing the singing talents of our very own POGS CLC members, and fun-filled games that kept the energy high throughout the event!
We also celebrated our birthday celebrants, recognized outstanding members with special awards, and wrapped up the day with an exciting raffle draw!
