Designed in response to an irregular lot,
The Adaptive House demonstrates how spatial constraints can be transformed into architectural clarity.

With a total floor area of only 104 square meters, the project embraces compact living through adaptive geometry, efficient planning, and a restrained material palette.

At 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞, the areas are thoughtfully oriented to capture uninterrupted views of the central pool courtyard and the signature waterfalls cascading from the balcony. Infused with natural light and surrounded by lush garden landscapes, these spaces evoke a sense of openness, tranquility, and refined modern living.
