πππ πππ¦π©ππ§π π, in coordination with the Mabalacat City LGU, successfully held the πππ₯π’π€ ππ¬π€π°ππ₯π ππ’π¬π€π°ππ§ππ¨ πππ«ππ―ππ§ on May 20β21 at the Parking Lot, Mabalacat City Hall, Xevera, Tabun, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
The two-day activity aimed to help students and parents prepare for the opening of classes by offering affordable school essentials and discounted products. It also served as an avenue to support and promote local entrepreneurs by giving MSMEs the opportunity to showcase and sell their products to the community.
Participating MSMEs from DTI Pampanga were also part of the Diskwento Caravan, bringing a variety of locally made and quality products closer to consumers. Their participation reflects DTIβs continuous commitment to strengthening small businesses and expanding market opportunities for local enterprises.
Also present during the activity were Acting Provincial Director Ma. Cristina B. Evangelista, Acting Division Chief Patrick Mendoza, together with other DTI Pampanga associates, who showed their support to the exhibitors and participating entrepreneurs.
Through programs such as the πππ₯π’π€ ππ¬π€π°ππ₯π ππ’π¬π€π°ππ§ππ¨ πππ«ππ―ππ§, DTI Pampanga and the Mabalacat City LGU continue to promote consumer welfare while empowering MSMEs and strengthening the local economy.

LOOK | PABLO 1st Quarter Meeting
The Pampanga Association of Business Licensing Offices (PABLO) successfully conducted its 1st Quarter Meeting on March 19, 2026 at Tabnuan Hall, Old Municipal Building, Poblacion, Mabalacat City, gathering more than 50 Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) personnel from various Local Government Units across the province.
The activity was made possible through the strong support of Mayor Atty. Gerald Gutrrie "Geld" P. Aquino, with the Local Government Unit of Mabalacat serving as host and BPLO Head Nelson Tennessee R. Mendoza facilitating the meeting. The event was carried out smoothly and productively, reinforcing collaboration among BPLOs in Pampanga.
The event was graced by the presence of Mayor Atty. Gerald Gutrrie "Geld" P. Aquino, Vice Mayor Marcos "Jun" T. Castro, Jr., and City Councilor Patricia Anne Acorda. The Mayor and Vice Mayor delivered messages expressing their support for initiatives that enhance efficiency in local governance and strengthen service delivery in business licensing.
Key partner agencies were also present during the meeting. The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Pampanga, led by Acting Provincial Director Ma. Cristina B. Evangelista, introduced the proposed PABLO Planning Workshop aimed at further strengthening the organizationβs direction and programs. Meanwhile, representatives from the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Region III, Pampanga Incentive and Investment Promotions Office (PIIPO) and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) shared relevant updates and initiatives to support and improve BPLO operations across the province.
PABLO continues to serve as a vital platform for coordination, knowledge-sharing, and capacity-building among BPLOs in Pampanga. Through initiatives such as this quarterly meeting, the association remains committed to promoting streamlined processes, advancing ease of doing business, and ensuring efficient and responsive public service delivery.
