Everyone deserves kindness — including YOU.
Here are a few simple ways to show yourself some love:
✨ Talk to yourself like you would a friend
✨ Take a breath and say: “This is tough, but I’ve got this”
✨ Give yourself a break (literally!)
✨ Remind yourself: Everyone struggles sometimes
✨ Small acts of kindness toward yourself = big difference
You deserve the same kindness you give to others. 🤗

Mabalacat City College strongly condemns the dissemination of false information, especially threats involving explosives.
Bomb threats are NOT a joke; they are a serious crime.
Under Presidential Decree No. 1727, in relation to Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act), making bomb threats or spreading false information about explosives is illegal and punishable by law whether done in person, via text, or online.
We call on everyone in the MCC community to remain vigilant and responsible.
Report any suspicious activity immediately.
Be part of the solution.
Help keep our campus safe.
Let’s protect our learning environment together.
