Minsan tahimik lang sila, pero ang bigat na pala ng dinadala. Yung iba pilit pa ring ngumiti kahit pagod na pagod na. Kaya konting intindi goes a long way.

Sa social media, parang masaya lahat, pero hindi lahat ng nakikita ay totoo. May mga taong lumalaban lang araw-araw kahit gusto na sumuko. If you can, be gentle with your words.

Hindi lahat may gana mag-celebrate, at okay lang yun. Healing looks different for everyone, lalo na this season. Walang deadline ang pagbangon.

Kung kaya mong mag-message, kumustahin mo. Kung kaya mong makinig, pakinggan mo. Minsan presence lang sapat na.

At kung ikaw yung hindi okay ngayon, valid yan. You do not have to explain your pain to anyone. Take it one day at a time.
