Everyone is the main character in their own story and it is our responsibility to create our own principles and values in life. A gender equal society needs empowered women and girls who take control of their lives, make their own decisions, and succeed in their chosen pursuits. When girls are educated, their countries become stronger and more prosperous.

UN Women Goodwill Ambassador Emma Watson, speaks up to all women to aim high because there is no bounderies perseverance cannot break. Furthermore, even women's vulnerable character, or what impost as 'sensitivity', amplifies the strength of not just one girl, but also another women.

The glass ceiling in this quote is talking about the attitudes and traditions in a society. It is also a discrimination that prevent women from rising to the top. As a women you also need the help of others, sharing each others potential to fulfill everyones goal.

We need women at all levels, including the top, to change the dynamic, reshape the conversation, to make sure women's voices are heard and needed, not overlooked and ignored.

Women also have a voice in society but many women are not confident and are not given the opportunity to express their concerns. So they need to be given power or authority so that everyone can hear and notice them.
