We, 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, extend our warmest congratulations to our Editor-in-Chief, 𝐋𝐀𝐖𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐂. 𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐎𝐒 𝐒𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐎𝐒, for emerging as 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡) at the recently concluded Division Schools Press Conference 2026, held at Bayambang National High School from February 18–20.

With this victory, he will proudly advance to the Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC), set to take place in Batac City, Ilocos Norte from March 10-13, 2026.

In addition, 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 secured 5th Place in Science and Technology Section and 7th Place in Layout and Page Design.

Accompanied by her coach, Ma'am Leizl Vargas, Rallos joins student delegates from across the country in showcasing academic excellence and communication skills through various competitions under the Department of Education’s nationwide talent festival.
