The School Heads and non-teaching personnel of Labo West District successfully participated in the Collaborative Orientation and Hands-On Workshop on the New Government Procurement Act (RA 12009) held at the Claudio Villagen Elementary School Conference Hall.

A heartfelt thank you to our esteemed guest speaker, Sir Jerson G. Heraldo, Division Accountant III, for sharing his expertise, clarifying the modernization updates, and guiding us toward a more efficient, risk-based, and digital-transformed procurement planning system.

🌱 KALINGA SA KAWANI: Prioritizing Mental Health & Wellness in the Workplace! 🧠✨
A healthy mind builds a resilient workplace! Yesterday, May 21, 2026, the non-teaching personnel of the DepEd Division of Camarines Norte - Labo West District gathered at Claudio Villagen Elementary School for a powerful and refreshing seminar-workshop dedicated to self-care, mindfulness, and well-being.

Themed "Kalinga sa Kawani: Mental Health and Wellness for Resilient Workplace," the event focused on equipping our hard-working team members with the tools, insights, and strategies needed to manage stress, foster emotional resilience, and cultivate a truly supportive work environment.

🌟 Emphasizing Care with our Guest Speaker:
We were deeply honored and privileged to have Ms. Marie A. Mago as our resource speaker. As a Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC), Registered Psychometrician (RPm), and Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT), Ms. Mago brought her wealth of expertise, heart, and professional insight to the district.

She walked our personnel through invaluable strategies on building psychological resilience, handling workplace stress, and fostering a genuine culture of care within our schools and offices.
