This June, we're celebrating the beauty, culture, and spirit of the Philippines through play, exploration, and meaningful learning.

Last May 30, 2026, 𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝑱𝒂𝒏 and 𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝑩𝒓𝒆𝒊 attended the 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻-𝗔𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

They learned about 𝗔𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹-𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 and how the human-animal bond can be used to support individuals across different ages, diagnoses, and therapeutic goals.

The conference provided insights on how animals can help enhance motivation, social interaction, emotional well-being, and participation in meaningful activities. They also explored current research, practical applications, and ethical considerations in incorporating Animal-Assisted Services into rehabilitation and healthcare settings.

We are excited to bring these learnings into our practice as we continue to provide evidence-based and meaningful interventions for the children and families we serve.
