Sa programang ito na nilahukan ng mga Lider Estudyante mula sa Iba't ibang organisasyon sa ating Pamantansan, ipinakita ng ating mga kinatawan ang husay, dedikasyon at pagmamahal sa paglilingkod. Sama sama nilang pinatunayan na ang tunay na pamumuno ay nakakamit sa pamamagitan ng pagbabago at pagtutulungan.

Hindi lamang sila basta basta nakilahok — nagdala sila ng karangalan sa ating organisasyon at sa buong College of Teacher Education. Hinirang na 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧 si 𝐑𝐞𝐲𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬 — patunay ng kanyang husay at kakayahan sa pamumuno. Kasama naman sila 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐀𝐥𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐪𝐮𝐞 at 𝐑𝐞𝐲𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬 sa mga Representatives ng CTE para sa 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐏𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 at nasungkit ang 𝐈𝐤𝐚 - 𝟑 𝐩𝐮𝐰𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨. Si 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐚𝐲 naman ay kinikala bilang 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐦𝐞 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞na ipinakita ang yaman sa kultura ng mga Indigenous People ng ating probinsiya. Ipinamalas naman ni 𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐳 ang kanyang galing sa sining sa 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. Habang sila 𝐀𝐫𝐣𝐡𝐢𝐞 𝐘𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐦𝐪𝐮𝐞
naman ay nagsilbi bilang 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 ng nasabing programa.

Ang kanilang tagumpay ay sumasalamin sa silag, talento at puso ng isang tunay na Lider Estudyante. Pinatunayan nilang 𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐀 𝐒𝐎𝐊𝐒𝐀𝐘, 𝐌𝐀𝐇𝐔𝐒𝐀𝐘! Sama - sama nating ipagdiwang ang kanilang panalo at magsilbi itong inspirastin upang mangarap, magsikap at maglingkod para sa mas makasaysayan at makabuluhang kinabukasan.✨

Let us remember President Ramon F. Magsaysay on his 69th death anniversary, 17 March 2026. The 7th President of the Philippines, Magsaysay is celebrated as a true servant leader who believed in building a government of the people, by the people, and for the people.

Read about his devotion to the nation and his countrymen in ‘𝙍𝙈: 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙡𝙖𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙈𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙤𝙧.’ Written by Renato C. Vibiesca and illustrated by Almar C. Denso and Jester D. Edquilag, the illustrated book chronicles Magsaysay's life from his childhood in Zambales to his journey in becoming the ‘Man of the Masses.’

As president, he went all over the country to listen to and be close with the people he served. His commitment to his countrymen left a lasting legacy that many leaders continue to strive for today and led to the establishment of the Ramon Magsaysay Award Foundation () which honors outstanding leaders for their service.
