The Local Government Unit of Goa in partnership with the SRV presents the GRAND ZUMBA AND DANCE FITNESS COMPETITION (Inter-Town Category)

Get ready to showcase your energy, creativity, and teamwork this coming June 20, 2026 at Goa Multi-Purpose Complex.

🏆 PRIZES (Inter-Town Category):
Champion – ₱20,000
1st Place – ₱15,000
2nd Place – ₱10,000
3rd Place – ₱5,000

✨ Special Awards:
Best in Costume – ₱3,000
Best in Production – ₱3,000
People Choice - ₱5,000

🎁 Consolation Prize:₱3,000 each

📌 MECHANICS:• Each group must prepare a Dance Fitness Presentation
• Performance time: 5minutes only
• Music must be submitted in advance
• No Zumba instructors or dance fitness instructors allowed as participants
• Props are not allowed
• Performance order will be determined via bunutan

👥 Group Composition:
15 to 30 members (18–75 years old)

Last May 6, 2026, the Local Council for Culture and the Arts (LCCA) Meeting was successfully held at the 2nd Floor Local Government Center, Conference Room, bringing together cultural advocates, local artists, and community leaders in support of preserving and promoting the rich heritage of the Municipality of Goa.

The gathering also served as part of the preparation for the celebration of the 249th Goa Town Fiesta, highlighting the importance of culture, creativity, and unity within the community. Participants discussed various programs and activities that aim to showcase local talents, strengthen cultural awareness, and preserve traditions for future generations.

Through collaboration and shared ideas, the meeting reflected the commitment of the municipality to continue nurturing the arts and celebrating the identity of every Goaeño. May this initiative inspire more meaningful cultural programs that will further enrich the spirit and pride of Goa.
