The 246th Naval ROTC Unit โ Adamson University successfully concluded the Graduation and Turnover Ceremony, honoring the cadets who have successfully completed their Military Science 2 (MS-2) training and commemorating the beginning of a new chapter of leadership within the unit on 23 May 2026.
The ceremony was graced by CAPT ALFREDERICK A ALBA PN(MNSA), Guest of Honor and Speaker, who delivered a meaningful message highlighting the importance of discipline and commitment in service to the nation. The event also marked the formal transition of leadership through the Turnover of Command of the Corps of Cadet Officers "KALIS-ALON" CL-2026 and the Corps of Sponsors "HALIYA" CL-2026, symbolizing the continuity of discipline, excellence, and dedicated service. With every command entrusted and every position assumed, the ceremony stood as a testament to the commitment of the cadets to lead with integrity, honor and purpose.
With pride and distinction, the graduating cadets now move forward carrying the values instilled in them throughout their training, courage, patriotism, and discipline. As one batch concludes its chapter of service, another rises to carry forward the responsibility and legacy of the unit.

The 246th Naval ROTC Unit โ Adamson University embarked on another meaningful and challenging training experience during their 15th Training Day Camp Visit at Heracleo Alano, Sangley Point, Cavite City on 16 May 2026.
The Corps of Cadets were given the opportunity to participate in various military exercises that aimed to strengthen their skills, discipline, and teamwork. Activities such as marksmanship, obstacle course, and rappelling allowed the cadets to undergo realistic and hands-on military training under the supervision of trained personnel.
The experience not only tested their endurance and determination but also encouraged camaraderie, confidence, and readiness in every activity conducted throughout the day.
With this training, The Unit continues to develop cadets into disciplined and capable individuals dedicated to always Raise The Bar of Excellence.

The 246th Naval ROTC Unit โ Adamson University proudly extends its warmest congratulations to ENS CHARLOTTE B DELOS SANTOS PN, former Vice Corps Commander of the 246th โMasinagโ CL-2021, on her successful graduation from the Philippine Military Academy โTalang Dangalโ Class of 2026.
Long before earning the rank of Ensign, she had already shown the kind of leadership that inspires others. During her time in the Unit, she led with strength, discipline, and a sense of responsibility, qualities that earned the respect of those who served alongside her.
The demanding path toward becoming a military officer tested not only strength and endurance, but also courage and resilience, as the journey itself demanded sacrifices and the overcoming of countless challenges. Through every obstacle, she remained firm in her purpose, carrying with her the lessons and values nurtured within the Unit.
The Unit salutes your success and wishes you continued excellence as you embark on your journey of service to the Filipino people.
