In the spirit of unity, togetherness, and allowing everyone to fully celebrate the Christmas season with their families, we have decided to move our 30th Anniversary Celebration to a later date.

This change was made after careful consideration, as the holidays fall right in between schedules of our clients, suppliers, and partners.

We want this milestone to be a moment where everyone can truly come together, celebrate, and enjoy without the rush of the Christmas season.

We believe this adjustment will allow us to celebrate our 30 years of growing together in a more meaningful, relaxed, and joyful way.

[Extension Update] As continued support to the members of the San Roque United Farmers' Association, the Mango Tayo Team conducted a monitoring of the members' cropping activities. Further, assistance to the members on the utilization of the MangoMo mobile application has been extended with the prayers and hope of a good harvest season for the farmers.

The Mango Tayo Team is excited to share about the recent Courtesy Meeting with the Municipal Agriculturist Office (MAO) of Sulop, Davao del Sur, held on November 20, 2025!

It was a productive discussion focusing on the exciting direction, upcoming activities, and detailed timeline for the project in 2026. The team is committed to fostering strong partnerships to achieve its goals!

Representing the Mango Tayo! Team were Rhea Mae L. Perito, Karl Vincent A. Surdella, and Richie Boy D. Restauro. The team extends their sincere gratitude to Ms. Joan E. Bracamonte, R.Agr., the Municipal Agriculturist, for her invaluable time and insights in representing MAO-Sulop.

Together, we're looking forward to a fruitful year ahead for the mango industry in Sulop! Stay tuned for more updates on our project!

𝗗𝗦𝗦𝗖 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗪𝗨𝗥𝗜 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮

The Davao del Sur State College (DSSC) has formally received its recognitions at the 2025 WURI Global Ranking Awards held at Tongmyong University, Busan, South Korea from September 24–26, 2025. The awarding ceremonies honored DSSC’s remarkable placement in the global rankings earlier announced this year.

The College is honored to be ranked 342nd in the Global Top 400 Innovative Universities, 35th in Ethics and Integrity (A6), 38th in Industrial Application (A3), and 25th in University Brand and Reputation (B8). These awards show that DSSC is becoming more well-known around the world and is dedicated to innovation, ethical leadership, and academic success.

Representing the College, Dr. Ana Marie J. Matalines, Director of the International Affairs and Relations Office, accepted the plaque for DSSC’s place in the Global Top 400. Dr. Queenie Lyn G. Almerez, Director of Extension and Community Relations, received the plaque for Ethics and Integrity; Prof. Rhea Mae L. Perito, faculty and WURI presenter, accepted the recognition for Industrial Application; and Prof. Roel Jr. D. Apas, faculty and WURI presenter, received the award for University Brand and Reputation.

In addition to receiving the awards, DSSC delegates also presented the College’s innovative programs before international universities. These presentations showcased the institution’s transformative initiatives that address real-world needs while building strong academic and community impact.

This milestone symbolizes DSSC's official acknowledgment on the world stage, making the College a rising leader in higher education and showing how committed it is to integrity, innovation, and diversity.
