Leader's Interconnective Coalition (LINC)- Albay Chapter is a local organization under the international and national organization called Leader's Interconnective Coalition [LINC], an accredited organization by the National Youth Commission- Youth Organization Registration Program (NYC-YORP). LINC- Albay Chapter is responsible for both establishing and protecting the overaching purpose; as well as
govern activities anchored to its fundamental values and ethical principles or the organization's vision, mission and values. Also, aims to effectively bring potential leaders and contribute to the attainment of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). LINC - Albay Chapter's work will be guided by the governing bylaws and commitments engaged upon. It will also be in respect with the people's beliefs, rights, value diversity, and equality. Volunteers' contribution within the organization and community will be encouraged, valued and recognized. Also, will strive for excellence through continuous improvement, teamwork, and collaboration. LINC-Albay Chapter will be acknowledged for its leadership through its inclusive platforms, passion to serve, respect for diversity, commitment to create various opportunities and help in the development of the community within its abilities.
